The family's
original maple grove (locally called sugar bush), located at 647,
rural road 10, Coaticook, currently belongs to Mr Guy Carbonneau,
the great grandson of the founder and to Mrs Rachel Bergeron; hence
the new name, Érablière CARBER.
In a beeline, facing Vermont or New Hampshire, it is a mere15 km (9
miles) from the United States border. Our maple grove accounts for
20 000 taps, in two distinct areas, one of 180 acres, the other, of
150.
The ensuing volume of "syrup" is such that we can easily
satisfy the increasing demand of connoisseurs who appreciate the exceptional
taste of our maple products.
